Pensioners coaching newcomers and preparing them for a job: that the intention of the new collaboration between bon and vzw Duo for a job. Over the course of 6 months, the duos will meet regularly, individually and/or in a group. Interested?
Lots of integrators participate in volunteering. This time it’s Maguette and Noor’s turn to be in the spotlight. They volunteer at the soup kitchen Soeppunt. Maguette Niang (33, Senegal) is glazier by profession and Noor Wali (25, Afghanistan) is an experienced interpreter.

This summer, for the fourth time in a row, bon organizes Masir Avenir, an integration program for newcomers aged 16 and 17. The program includes lessons in social orientation, a refresher course Dutch and a workshop on cooking and multimedia in collaboration with JES.
Lots of integrators participate in volunteering. Two of them are Maju and Jessica. Maju Jalloh (41, Sierra Leone) is volunteering in social restaurant Cosmos and Jessica Posada (21, Venezuela) volunteers at the ZITA team of Kind en Gezin.
